Lorelai is finally here. She was born today at 2:16 p.m. and weighs 8 lbs. 15 oz. with the height of 21.5 inches. She is gorgeous and likes to eat just as much as Rachel and I. She's a pro at breastfeeding already (Rachel and Lorelai.)
We had a very exciting day. It started with the phone call at 4:27 a.m. as they were headed to the hospital. Rachel was in labor for 7 hours and the epidural stopped working with about 1 hour left to push. She was a CHAMP!!! When she was admitted she was dialated to 7 and by the time they got her in a bed it was already 10! She did everything up until then and finally got an epidural which didn't help much come the end.
Lorelai is beautiful. As soon as I have a photo I'll update it.
