You may ask yourself what the definition of Kaboom would be. In our house it means balloon. Yup, that's right. Peyton's interpretation of the word balloon is kaboom. I tried to explain to her that if she kept biting the kaboom that it was going to go kaboom and scare her. That did not take place fortunately.
So I got home from work and she comes running around the corner yelling kaboom. I was like "what?" Dad said "well, show her your kaboom upstairs." I
immediately thought that Dad had bought her something loud and obnoxious while they were out and about that day. As we go upstairs Peyton kept looking up yelling kaboom. And, that's when I saw the single yellow balloon floating at the top of the stairs. She was SO excited to show me her kaboom. She ran back and forth in the hallway watching it follow her as she
squealed in
excitement.
The downfall was bedtime. She didn't understand why she couldn't sleep with her kaboom.
First official booboo! She was very proud.
Just starting to explore the fun side of playing dress up. I put this dress on one morning and decided not to wear it to work so I threw it on the bed. Next thing I know Peyton is trying to put it on so she could wear it around. Notice the black Crox on her right foot too!

One of our new outfits from Grandma. So cute! We also totally understand the concept of "bye bye" so we stand by the door and wait not so patiently. Daddy was on the phone in this pic so she was multi-tasking.
