Grandma's summer 2012 visit

We had so much fun with grandma on her first post-retirement visit. She was able to stay almost a week and it was fantastic. Lots of laughs, lots of cuddles and a whole bunch of fun.

1st day of school

Peyton had a fantastic first day of school at Fayetteville Christian. She is doing prek again since age's so young. Having just turned 5 a month ago she would have been the youngest in her class by far. Now age'll be the oldest and hopefully do much better.

After school she was talking a mile a minute. I asked her how her friends were and she said she met a nice boy named Jesus. I'm not sure if she was confused with today's lesson :)

On the home front, Bristol had her first 60 minute swim lessons and at 25 minutes he decided she was done. Well.....she might not be the next Missy Franklin. She was super excited when Sissy got home from school. She kept hugging her (it might have been a choke hold).

Here is the outfit B chose to wear to P's open house for school! I think she was trying to steal all the attention and it worked. She was by far the most colorful!!!

Happy 3rd Birthday Bristol

We wish you a very happy birthday. The last 3 years have been filled with so much love and laughter. You bring so much joy to our lives. Thank you for being so easy going. We love your personality, your tolerance for your sister and your ability to just roll with it. You sleep til noon and wake up with a smile on your face always. We can't wait to see what the future holds. We love you.
