Our little girl is growing. She did so good at the doctor's office. I was impressed. Typically Peyton has major white coat syndrome, but this time she was totally cool. She must have seen someone on TV participate in an appointment.
Anyway, she weighs 36 pounds and is 40 inches tall. Everyone always asks me if she's 5 years old. She wears a 4T and I bought 5Ts for winter.
Here are some funny stories:
- refers to Papa as ROG all the time now
- calls me Kelly (sounds like kwelly)
- refers to Bristol as Sissy
- sometimes plays nice with Bristol, but typically doesn't want her to get any of her stuff
- call her PJs "my jamas"
- doesn't know her colors. So...the nurse asked us if she knew her colors and I said kind of. She proceeded to ask her what color her pants were. Peyton enthusiastically said ORANGE! The pants were red. So then she asked her what color her shoes were. Peyton got that one right - Pink. Then asked what color my pants here and Peyton said Brown. Well, they were black. We failed that test. Good thing we're starting preschool.
- speaking of preschool - we've skipped 2 days already. First and second day of school. Peyton came down with a pretty bad cold last Sunday. Didn't make sense to start school sick. The her doctor appointment was Wednesday. And, we started barfing Thursday. It's been a great week.
- loves to talk on the phone
- totally shows off when Daddy is on Skype
- is really into role playing with her toys
- a few of her made up names: Chocolatta, Jane-a, Lucky
- really loves Strawberry Shortcake and Ponies
- has completely mastered my iPad. She has her games and plays with them all the time.
