First trip in the Baby Bjorn. She slept the whole time. And, Rob was sweating the whole time. We went on a walk and the heat between Rob and Peyton was on extreme. They both were so hot when we got home. It was nice having her bundled up right there in the Bjorn.

Here's a picture of Mommy and Peyton. I was actually showered, dressed and had make up on so I made Rob take a picture of me :) I need to be taking more photos of Peyton and of the family with her. I really don't have that many.

Naptime with Mommy. This is how we sleep at night too. Except she's usually on the other side in between Rob and I. I just had to take a break and give the left side of my body a break.
Things are going really well. Breastfeeding is still a little bit of a challenge. I was reading the What To Expect the First Year and it explains that there are different type of nursers. The first type is barracuda. And, that's what I have on my hands. It says that these babies latch on with avengence and really go to town. It said that the nipple can be sore for a few weeks with a barracuda nurser because the sucking force is so hard. That's the case here. It hurts really bad the first few seconds and then it's fine. I told Rob last night it feels like a really bad purple nurple (titty twister.) Once that period is over then we're fine.
Oh, and I also had my first experience with leaking milk. It was really funny, but felt really weird. Took me by surprise.
That's it for now. Same routine different day. It's funny how you totally lose track of reality when you're home. I have no clue what date it is or anything like that. I just have to remember doctor appointments and social engagements. Other than that it's just like Groundhog day.

Peyton is so beautiful! I love all the pics. Napping with baby is the best!
Good for you on the breastfeeding, it is hard work but worth it. Have you tried the Lansolin cream? It will really help out and isn't harmful to Peyton. It made a world of difference for me.

You look fantastic - and surprisingly well rested LOL :-)

Ditto on the Lansinoh Lanolin creme. The first couple of weeks of nursing are challenging and it helped A LOT!

take care
